Four product families, all manufactured in our own facilities. Filters and equipment are made in standard and customised sizes, so a non-standard dimension is a manufacturing instruction rather than a redesign.
Cleanroom Turnkey Projects
MAP Filters designs and builds complete cleanrooms rather than only supplying parts for them. Panels, doors, air handling units, ducting, terminal boxes and the filters inside them are manufactured in our own facilities, which means one party is accountable for how the finished room performs.

Cleanroom Equipment
A cleanroom is only as clean as the equipment through which people and materials enter it. We manufacture that equipment in stainless steel to ISO Class 5 airflow specifications, using HEPA filters built on the same premises.

HVAC Air Filters
Filtration works as a sequence, not a single product. Coarse particulate is removed first so that the expensive final filter is not consumed doing work a washable pre filter could have done. We manufacture every stage of that sequence in standard and custom sizes.

Pre FilterThe washable first stage that catches coarse dust so the expensive filters downstream last longer.
Fine FilterThe intermediate stage, F5 to F9, that catches what a pre filter misses and a HEPA should not have to.
Absolute HEPA FilterH13 and H14 grade final filtration, 99.97% at 0.3 micron, for ISO Class 5 operation.
Super HEPA FilterFinal filtration beyond standard HEPA, for research, pharmaceutical manufacturing and nanotechnology.
Mini Pleat HEPA Filter (Gasket Seal)A shallow 75 mm HEPA with closely packed pleats and an airtight gasket seal.
Mini Pleat HEPA Filter (Gel Seal)The gel seal version, which eliminates bypass leakage at the filter-to-housing joint.
Activated Carbon FilterAdsorption rather than filtration, for gaseous pollutants, odours and VOCs that a particulate filter passes straight through.
Combination FilterParticulate and gas phase filtration integrated into a single unit, where two housings will not fit.
Pocket FilterExtended surface area in pockets, which buys a longer service interval for the same face size.
Bag FilterThe same extended surface principle in bag form, for high dust load air streams.
Modular Operation Theatres
An operation theatre is a cleanroom with a patient in it. We build modular theatres around laminar airflow systems and high efficiency HEPA filters to reduce airborne contamination during surgery, using a panel system that can be reconfigured as a hospital's needs change.
