About Dispensing Booth
A dispensing booth handles powders, granules and other fine materials in a controlled way. It is used where powder handling generates airborne particulate that is either a health hazard to the operator or a cross-contamination problem for the product.
The booth creates a downward airflow that stops powder and contaminants escaping the enclosure. Air is filtered through a HEPA filter that removes particles down to 0.3 micron, and which we manufacture ourselves. Protective barriers, gloves, lighting, a control panel and exhaust ventilation cover operator safety and process accuracy.
