Keeping installed plant and its filtration train performing, because filters are consumables.
Why it matters
Every filter in a system is a consumable with a finite life, and it spends that life getting progressively more restrictive. A filtration train that is not maintained does not fail loudly, it drifts, and the room drifts with it.
Because we manufacture the filters and the plant they sit in, replacement elements are specified against what is actually installed rather than approximated from a catalogue.

Filter replacement
Elements changed on pressure drop rather than only on a calendar, with washable pre filters serviced instead of discarded.

AHU servicing
Blowers, dampers, valves, sensors and control panels checked so the unit still holds the conditions it was commissioned to.

Performance checks
Airflow and pressure differential verified against the commissioning figures to catch drift before it becomes a failure.

Replacement filters in standard and custom sizes from our own manufacture, including sizes no longer generally available.
What we manufacture for it
Pre FilterThe washable first stage that catches coarse dust so the expensive filters downstream last longer.
Fine FilterThe intermediate stage, F5 to F9, that catches what a pre filter misses and a HEPA should not have to.
Absolute HEPA FilterH13 and H14 grade final filtration, 99.97% at 0.3 micron, for ISO Class 5 operation.
Air Handling Units (AHU)The plant that conditions and moves air through a controlled environment, filtered to the class the room has to hold.

All questionsWhat does MAP Filters manufacture?
Four related product families: cleanroom turnkey projects (PUF partitions, doors, air handling units, ducting, terminal boxes, control panels and epoxy flooring), cleanroom equipment (air showers, laminar air flow units, pass boxes, biosafety cabinets, dispensing and sampling booths, garment cubicles), HVAC air filters (pre, fine, HEPA, super HEPA, mini pleat, activated carbon, combination, pocket and bag filters), and modular operation theatres. We also take on HVAC projects, cleanroom validation and plant maintenance.
Does MAP Filters manufacture its own filters, or resell them?
We manufacture them. We are one of the few companies internationally to manufacture both cleanroom equipment and the air filters that go into it, from premises of about 12,000 sq ft near Mumbai. In practice this is why the filters inside our air showers, pass boxes and laminar flow units are our own, and why replacement elements can be made in sizes that are no longer generally available.

Pharmaceutical and biotechnology, chemical research laboratories, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor production, food processing, and hospitals and healthcare. Pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare are the three segments the company was built around.
Can MAP Filters take on a complete cleanroom, or only supply equipment?
Both. Our in-house capability covers design, engineering, construction and manufacturing, so a project can be taken on as a single turnkey contract. Where a facility only needs the envelope, or only needs equipment or replacement filters, those can be supplied on their own.
Can equipment be built to a non-standard size?
Yes. Filters and cleanroom equipment are manufactured in standard and customised sizes. For filters, the standard size tables on each product page are the sizes held as standard; other dimensions are made to order, and refill types are manufactured to customer requirement.
