Cleanroom Turnkey Projects
MAP Filters designs and builds complete cleanrooms rather than only supplying parts for them. Panels, doors, air handling units, ducting, terminal boxes and the filters inside them are manufactured in our own facilities, which means one party is accountable for how the finished room performs.

Clean Room PUF PartitionModular wall panels that form the envelope of the room, engineered for minimal air leakage.
Clean Room DoorSealed doors that hold the pressure regime while staying serviceable in high traffic areas.
Epoxy Flooring and CovingSeamless flooring with coved wall junctions, so there is no square corner for residue to collect in.

What buyers of turnkey projects most often need settled before ordering.
Can MAP Filters take on a complete cleanroom, or only supply equipment?
Both. Our in-house capability covers design, engineering, construction and manufacturing, so a project can be taken on as a single turnkey contract. Where a facility only needs the envelope, or only needs equipment or replacement filters, those can be supplied on their own.
