The requirement
Healthcare is one of the three segments named in the company's own description of what it does, and the operation theatre is the clearest example of the overlap: it is a cleanroom with a patient in it.
The consequence of a filtration failure here is a post-surgical infection, which makes this the application where reliability matters more than any other. It is also the application where the room has to keep working while the hospital around it changes.

Laminar air flow systems maintain unidirectional airflow across the surgical field so airborne contaminants cannot enter it during a procedure.
Theatres that can be reconfigured
Modular construction lets a theatre be expanded or reconfigured as clinical needs change, instead of requiring demolition.
