About Pass Box
A pass box transfers material between controlled areas without a person carrying it through the door. That removes both the personnel movement and the contamination risk that comes with it.
Static pass boxes use an interlocked door pair so both sides cannot be open at once. Dynamic pass boxes add HEPA filtered supply air inside the chamber, and are available in 2 way and 3 way configurations for layouts with more than one transfer point.
What it does
Static pass box
Electromechanical interlocking permits only one door to open at a time. Fabricated in 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel with UV light and hour meter, fluorescent light, buzzer and indicator lamps.
Dynamic pass box, 2 way
HEPA filtered supply air inside the chamber for transfer between two controlled areas, with interlocked doors.
Dynamic pass box, 3 way
Material transfer between three separate areas, for complex layouts where multiple transfer points are needed.
