About Mini pleat HEPA, gel seal
Gel seal technology creates a leak free joint between the filter and its housing. In a terminal filter position, bypass leakage around the frame is often a larger problem than penetration through the media, and a gel channel is what removes it.
This makes the gel seal version the preferred choice for the most critical positions, including semiconductor fabrication and biotechnology cleanrooms.
