About Super HEPA Filter
Super HEPA filters go beyond the capability of a standard HEPA, removing up to 99.99% of particles at 0.3 micron, including ultra fine particulate and some viruses.
They are specified where the process itself is at the limit of what filtration can support: research laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing and nanotechnology applications.
